Our Story:
Speranza means hope.
After surviving HELLP syndrome, Valerie knew another pregnancy could put her life at risk. The dream of growing her family didn’t disappear, but the path forward had to change. If she was going to have another child, it would require courage, trust, and a different approach.
That’s when she met Eva.
They connected through Facebook, no agency, no broker, no middleman. Just two women willing to take ownership of their journey. They built trust first, having honest conversations and making sure their values aligned. Then they built a plan.
Together, they navigated contracts, screenings, escrow, insurance, and communication And they did it independently. Every step was handled with intention, transparency, and structure. It wasn’t chaotic or risky. It was organized, ethical, and thoughtful.
And it worked.
Their baby was born through an intentional, ethical, low-cost independent surrogacy journey built on clarity, mutual respect, and shared responsibility. From that experience, Speranza was created.
